I started my 6 week challenge a couple of months ago after falling out of a fitness routine after getting caught up in my work and moving to a new city. I found a community here and a great support system through the 6 week challenge and beyond! The meal plan was super easy to follow because there were so many options, there was a community going through the same thing you were and the coaches helped you with every step of the way. I immediately felt like I was a part of a family in the gym and have seen sooo much progress! I haven’t just lost weight but I feel better and more motivated in all aspects of my life! I love seeing my progress everytime I hit the gym!
